Booking terms

A booking on this site is a request, which becomes firm as soon as a person from Locajour Immobilier confirms it — on WhatsApp or by phone, usually within 10 minutes during opening hours.

While you fill in your details, the nights are held for you: nobody else can take them in the meantime. You receive a reference and a private stay page with the apartment, the dates and the total.

No card is asked for and nothing is charged on this site. After your request, the Locajour Immobilier team tells you how to pay: by bank transfer or on site, in MAD. If you pay by transfer, a member of the team checks your receipt before confirming the booking. The price shown for your stay is the price you pay: no platform fee is added to it.

Plans change. Let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp and we will find a solution together — changing dates is usually simpler than cancelling. If you have already paid for all or part of your stay, any change of dates or refund follows the cancellation terms confirmed with your booking.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Tell us and we will do what we can.

A valid ID card or passport is required for each adult on arrival, as for any stay in Morocco. The exact address and access instructions reach you with your confirmation.

The rules specific to each apartment are sent to you with your confirmation.

This site uses only what it needs to work, unless you decide otherwise. Necessary, always on: your language, your cookie choice and, while you book, the nights held for you. Without them the site cannot work.

The other categories are switched on only with your consent, each one separately. Analytics: counting visits and understanding which pages help people book. Advertising: knowing which ad brought you here and whether it led to a booking. Preferences: keeping comfort choices from one visit to the next, such as a booking you had started.

No analytics or advertising tool loads before you choose: until you answer, only the necessary items are used. These tools never receive your name, phone number, email address, documents or payment receipt.

You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Saying no changes nothing about your booking.
